Notice of Future Land Use Map Amendment Public Hearing Town Of Union

An amendment to the Town of Union Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map will be considered at a public hearing before the Town of Union Plan Commission on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 6:30 pm and will make a recommendation to the Town of Union Board who will vote on the matter on Monday, August 17 at 6:30 pm. Both meetings will be held at the Town of Union Town Hall, 1506 North Town Hall Road, Eau Claire.

The proposed amendment:

• To reclassify three adjoining parcels (022108306000, 022108605000, and 022108606000 located on 3443 Crescent Avenue) from Rural Homes (RH) to Rural Lands (RL).

The proposed future land use map amendment can be reviewed at the Town of Union Town Hall.

You are invited to attend the Plan Commission public hearing and Town Board meeting, or review and comment on the proposed Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map amendment.Note that the Plan Commission is a recommending body to the Town Board. The Town Board has the authority to approve or deny the request.
